Subject: COVID-19 – ILLCA Group’s Business Continuity
Dear Sirs,
These have been a weeks of delicate circumstance for our Country and we understand that you may be
concerned with potential risks of impacts on the performance of our Company due to Coronavirus COVID-
19.
Coronavirus’ cases have been diagnosticated in Italy as in many other Countries. We recognize from media
report the raising concern of this situation in Italy, where screening is proceeding at higher rate than in
other Countries, giving a misleading sensation of higher infection rates, especially in Lombardy area. We
would like to reassure you: it’s not like that.
We would like to confirm that our Company’s operations are not affected. All the factories of ILLCA Group
are running their business as usual and in complete safety. Not a single Coronavirus’ case has been
diagnosticated among all of their employees.
ILLCA’s Management is continuously reviewing all the risks, collecting reports and monitoring the status
along the supply chain to ensure the sustainment of the business and to satisfy customer deliveries.
Our supply chain has not been affected by the Coronavirus, except from some minor components made in
China.
Therefore, we trust in the support of our customers and suppliers and, once more, we confirm ILLCA’s
business continuity.
